CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and will result in a loss of your deposit. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment. 4. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy ensures that our time, preparation, and materials are respected. 5. Rescheduling: If you contact us more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment within 30 days. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit and require a new one to rebook. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible.
